Can I bring my pet?As much as we love pets, we want to assure the safety and relaxation of all our guests here at Buffalo Ridge Lodge. So unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Other methods of paymentThose who choose not to use Airbnb site, can contact us for direct Bank Transfers, PayPal or EcoCash payments.

Do you offer group bookings?We love group bookings. We offer a discount when both Lodges are booked at the same time for the same period and under the same name. We can accommodate up to 10 people in each Lodge with an extra fee per person per night over the 6th individual. This does not include minor children traveling with family. Please advise us at time of booking.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?On occasion there may be times when we can accommodate an early check-in( before 4pm) or a late check out( after 11 am). However, this would have to be requested at least 24 hours in advance and may incur an additional charge.
